Delete Deposits in QuickBooks Desktop

To delete the deposit, click on the “Edit” menu at the top of the homepage and select “Delete Deposit.” Alternatively, you can choose to void the deposit by selecting “Void Deposit” under the “Edit” menu. When you delete a deposit, it is removed completely from QuickBooks Desktop. However, voiding a deposit sets the amount to zero, but the transaction is still recorded in QuickBooks Desktop
